Lego Lava Dragon

I am sure that all of you toy fans out there know what Lego is all about. Just to give a short introduction, Lego originally came from Denmark and it is actually a simple line of construction toys or bricks you might say. To elaborate these bricks come in a variety of colours shapes and sizes. Not only can they interlock with each other and attach themselves together, they can also be disassembled and taken apart. Hence the more Lego bricks or toys you have, the more Lego creations you can make! I have been a big fan of Lego and I can say that I have quite a collection of Lego toys. The only problem is that I did not keep on buying Lego after I started to grow up. Sounds kind of sad right?

Anyways, Lego has diversified and created much much more from the old days when they were just some plain old bricks. They have created all sort of “spin offs” including Lego Duplo for babies, niches such as Lego Castle or Lego Pirates or they have created Lego creations from popular titles such as Indiana Jones, Ben 10 and even Prince of Persia which originally came as a computer game!  For this hub of mine, I would actually be talking about Lego Games. And I intend to produce a series of hubs just talking about some of these new Lego Games.

Yes that is right, recently there has been many new Lego Games that have entered the market. For this hub I would be talking about the Lego Lava Dragon Game. This lava dragon lego game comes with Lego micro figures and these are actually Lego knight figures. So how to play lego lava dragon? The objective of the game is to let your knights climb the volcano and the first knight to reach the top of the volcano would be able to summon the dragon. Of course things are not that easy because there are obstacles to avoid such as lava. The fun about Lego games is that you get to build your own game board and game set. In addition, you can change the rules and settings of the game. You can even build your own dice! No two games of Lego Lava Dragon are ever the same as a great deal of strategy is involved.  The lava dragon rules and Lego lava dragon instructions are not complicated at all and it is pretty easy for kids to pick them up.

Depending on what the dice roll comes up to, you may even move volcano pieces to block your opponents, but the rule is that you aren't allowed to block them in completely. You can however make your opponents go all the way around the board to find a way up. Another fun element is that you get to build the die as you go along and you get to build a different die each time you play. That is how the fun component of Lego games comes in, the game set is never static! However there has been comments that the Lego tiles are hard to pull out, perhaps the tiles are still pretty new!
